Sweepers for minitractors KM-M

Description

Sweepers for minitractors KM-M

In the basic configuration the sweeper is equipped with supporting wheels, PPN brush, mechanical left-right swiveling under the angle of 21°, coupling for connecting to a minitractor.

Both versions (driven by the hydraulic motor as well as by the propeller shaft) can be mounted on the front or rear three-point coupling. This method of suspension exchange is efficient especially for minitractors with rotation steering. The use of the front or rear side shall be considered in term of the axle load and the hinge arm rated load. In particular on the front coupling the sweeper for winter snow removal is used and on the rear coupling the sweeper with a tank and side brush are used. The water tank for sprinkling is then attached to the front arms.

Sweepers mounted on minitractors labeled as KM-M are produced in two specifications:

sweepers driven by the propeller shaft and sweepers driven by the hydraulic motor. Both versions are provided with the working range of 1,250, 1,550 and 1,850 mm. Sweepers for minitractors can be used on the front as well as the rear side. In the standard specification sweepers have a coupling of category I. The drive by the power take-off shaft is selectable between 540 and 1,000 rpm. Sweepers driven by the hydraulic motor need at least 20 l of the oil flow and the pressure of 160 MPa in the minitractor's hydraulic system. Every sweeper can be mechanically swivelled to the left or right side under the angle of 21°. When using a collection tank the sweeper is perpendicular to the direction of travel. The sweeper's standard equipment includes two supporting, height- adjustable wheels which are used to adjust the brush pressure applied to the road, and which enable the sweeper to follow the minitractor independently. Minitractor sweepers standardly have universal polypropylene brushes with a diameter of 530 mm. Optionally, it is possible to order winter polypropylene brushes with a sector or both types in combination of polypropylene and steel. Minitractor sweepers can be equipped with a complete range of accessories: collection tank, hydraulic tank dumping, snow scraper, sweeper hydraulic control, additional side sweeping brush, sprinkling, bantam supporting wheels or Solid wheels, front position lights, rear position lights or adjustable baffle plate which prevents the dirt flying away when using the sweeper without the tank.
